I cannot recommend Kelsey enough for all she did to help us plan our perfect NYC wedding. When I started planning my wedding, the top piece of advice was to hire a wedding planner. I naively thought that I could do the planning myself, but realized about 2 months before the wedding that I needed professional help. Kelsey stepped in and instantly reduced my stress and made the rest of wedding planning so easy.
Throughout the entire process, Kelsey was incredibly responsive, organized, and attentive to detail. She immediately began communicating with the vendors that I had already booked and was able to recommend vendors for everything that we had not yet booked. This saved me so much time because I trusted that Kelsey knew how to handle all of the vendors and make my wedding vision a reality. Kelsey made a detailed schedule, shared it with all of our vendors, and ensured that the wedding day ran smoothly.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding Kelsey was available over text and email to answer all my questions and help with last minute requests. She helped us navigate through some unexpected last minute hurdles by quickly finding solutions. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and it would not have been possible without Kelsey. My husband and I highly recommend Kelsey to anyone who is planning their wedding.

Kelsey was an absolute dream and truly went above and beyond as our Day of Coordinator—she really became our Month of Coordinator! From joining vendor calls to reviewing all our contracts, she took so much stress off me and my husband.
Kelsey was brilliant in every way. She created a detailed day-of timeline and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors, ensuring everyone knew where to be and what to do. She was the magician behind the scenes, making our day run smoothly and perfectly. I couldn’t have done it without her, and knowing she was there, ready to take charge of anything we needed, brought so much peace of mind.

With all the expenses that come with planning a wedding, I was reluctant to hire a month of coordinator because I was convinced that with as far as we had gotten with planning, we didn’t need the additional help. As things got increasingly overwhelming as the date neared, I realized how wrong I was and began researching someone who could help us along the final stretch and through the day itself. Kelsey was recommended to me and when I reached out, I immediately knew we NEEDED her by our side. My only regret with Kelsey is that I didn’t bring her on from the very beginning.
If I could re live this experience, I would have budgeted in for her services as a full wedding coordinator instead of just month of. From the moment we retained her services my stress level immediately decreased and I could focus on just the excitement surrounding our big day. We had some of our vendors who were not very responsive as the day approached and Kelsey made sure she connected with them, easing our minds that we wouldn’t have any issues on our wedding day. She took over all communication with vendors, while also keeping us in the loop to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams. She arranged the timeline for the day and made sure that all involved kept to it. She considered and addressed details that I would have never even thought of.
Logistically she is like a well-oiled machine, and when the day came we did not have to worry about a thing. Beyond the professionalism and precision she had throughout the process, she also checked on us regularly to make sure we were mentally okay and to offer any support we may have needed. Honestly, of all the expenses we had, Kelsey was BY FAR the best one. I could not recommend Kelsey more and am so grateful she was part of our PERFECT day.
